REMOVAL OF HOME. Lessee may not remove the Home from the Home Site without prior written consent of the Lessor and must give written notice as required by the Colorado Statues.

REMOVAL OF HOME. (a) You must notify Landlord in writing of your intention to remove the Home from the Homesite and to terminate this Lease at least thirty (30) days in advance of the date of removal. You will continue to be liable for Rent and other charges under this Lease for a period of thirty (30) days from and after the date the Landlord receives Your written notice. All Rent and other charges owed by You under this Lease must be paid in full prior to the removal of Your Home (b) Any personal property left behind by You after You vacate the Homesite shall be deemed abandoned and shall become the property of Landlord.
REMOVAL OF HOME. Upon termination of this Lease, you may remove the Home on or before the termination date, but you must first obtain a removal permit from the Township office. You must show the permit to Hidden Springs before beginning to remove the Home, and you must pay a $500 administrative fee to Hidden Springs. Before you remove the Home, you must also obtain and give to Hidden Springs an insurance certificate showing that you are carrying at least $200,000 of insurance covering any injury or damage to any person or property resulting from the removal of the Home. You will be liable for any injury or damage to any person or property resulting from the removal of the Home. You must also restore the Leased Property to its condition before the Home was installed.
REMOVAL OF HOME. (a) You must notify Landlord in writing of your intention to remove the Home from the Homesite and to terminate this Lease at least sixty (60) days in advance of the date of removal. You will continue to be liable for Rent and other charges under the Lease at least sixty (60) days in advance of the removal. Monthly rent will be prorated based upon removal date. If Xxxxxx moves the Home out before the termination of the Lease term, Tenant shall be liable for and agrees to pay the balance of the total Rent, fees, and costs to complete the one-year Lease, minus the amounts paid if the lot is re-rented before the end of the Lease term. All Rent and other charges owed by You under this Lease must be paid in full prior to the removal of Your Home.
REMOVAL OF HOME. Resident will not remove the home from the Site during the terms of this agreement or any renewal thereof, until all rent and taxes have been paid in full.
