Working Area. Services are required to be provided at all the areas inside the IIMC Campus. However, the following areas are named to provide a broad idea about the work: Entrance Island, Engineering Div. & Coffee Corner area, SBI & Gate No.2 area, TATA Hall, Ramanujan Hostel, Multiuse Sports Court, VLMP Hostel area, Annex & Tagore Hostel, New Hostel, Swimming Pool area, MCHV area, Auditorium surrounding and parking area, NTB area, Library & Staff Canteen area, Admin. Building area, CAM Centre area, New Academic Building area, Instructional Building (A, B & C Block) area, Old Powerhouse area, Security Office area, Main Gate parking area, Main Gate Parking to Xxxxx Xxxxxxx School , Sishuniketan School to Water tank, NF1, MBA-Ex Mess , Children park, Durga Mandap area, B1 & C1 Building area, B2 (Medical Unit) & NF2 Building area, NF3, D1, D2, D3, E4 & E3, Police camp, E1 & X0, , X0, X0, X0 & X0, X0 , X0, F2 & F3, Area between F3 and F6, 33 K.V.A. New Power House surrounding area, Lake View Hostel including surrounding inside area and outside garden, the lawn areas etc, surroundings of Management Developing Centre, surrounding of all lakes & ponds inside the Institute Campus, Parking places, Boat House.
Working Area. Subsection GC 7.03 is amended by the addition of the following:
Working Area. The District and Association recognize the importance of a workplace that is safe for employees. The District will make efforts to provide this in all administrative centers, schools, and other work locations. The District will consult with local weather forecasts to monitor work conditions. In extreme cases, the District will provide climate-controlled space for breaks.
Working Area. The area the Contractor will have for carrying out the works will be restricted to the area within the site boundary.

Working Area. .01 The Contractor's sheds, site offices, toilets, other temporary structures, and storage areas for Material and Equipment shall be grouped in a compact manner and maintained in a neat and orderly condition at all times.
.02 The Contractor shall confine the construction operations to the Working Area. Should the Contractor require more space than that shown on the Contract Drawings, the Contractor shall obtain such space at no additional cost to the Owner.
.03 The Contractor shall not enter upon or occupy any private property for any purpose, unless the Contractor has received prior written permission from the property owner.
.04 The location of all temporary buildings used for construction purposes must be submitted to the Contract Administrator for approval before erection work commences.
.05 Upon completion of the Contract, the Working Area used by the Contractor shall be restored to its original condition or better unless otherwise specified in the Contract Documents, including the removal of all excavated and stockpiled Materials, at the Contractor’s expense.

Working Area. It shall be the duty of the Contractor to see to it that the General Contractor leaves the working area for the Plaster Tender in a safe and workable condition.
Working Area. .01 The Owner shall acquire all property rights that are deemed necessary by the Owner for the construction of the Work, including temporary working easements, and shall indicate the full extent of the Working Area on the Contract Drawings.
Working Area. 16.1 The working area for the Contractor will be confined to the parts of the buildings defined on the Contract Drawings. The sequence of construction involving different parts of the building is to be agreed with the Owner’s Representative prior to the start of construction.
