Common use of Renewal and Replacement Cards Clause in Contracts

Renewal and Replacement Cards. You authorize us to send you a renewal or replacement Card before your current Card expires. You also agree that from time to time, at our discretion, we may send you a replacement Card that is governed by terms and conditions that differ from the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement. You must destroy any Cards that have expired or that we have replaced by cutting them through the magnetic stripe and if the Card has a chip, by also cutting through the chip.
