Common use of Renewal and Replacement Cards Clause in Contracts

Renewal and Replacement Cards. You authorize us, without notice to you, to send you or any Cardholder on the Account, a renewal or replacement Card. Unless we receive prior instructions from the Primary Cardholder to the contrary, we will issue renewal and replacement Cards to each Cardholder prior to the expiry date indicated on the Card last issued to the Cardholder.
