Renewal of Licenses; Extensions; Further Investigation. (a) Except as provided in section 6.4.4, subdivision (c), the term of a tribal gaming license shall not exceed two (2) years, and application for renewal of a license must be made prior to its expiration. Applicants for renewal of a tribal gaming license shall provide updated material, as requested, on the appropriate renewal forms, but, at the discretion of the Tribal Gaming Agency, may not be required to resubmit historical data previously submitted or that is otherwise available to the Tribal Gaming Agency. At the discretion of the Tribal Gaming Agency, an additional background investigation may be required at any time if the Tribal Gaming Agency determines the need for further information concerning the Applicant’s continuing suitability or eligibility for a license.

  • Renewal of Agreement This agreement does not automatically renew, and residence in UCF DHRL residence facilities during one agreement period does not guarantee that residence accommodations will be offered to the Student for any following periods. The Student is solely responsible for the timely completion of housing agreements for future periods. UCF DHRL housing agreements shall not be re-offered to residents who are unwilling to adhere to the basic elements of good housekeeping, and community living. UCF DHRL housing agreements shall not be re-offered to residents who disregard or violate rules, regulations, or policies established for governing UCF DHRL residential facilities. Finally, housing agreements shall not be re-offered to residents who have outstanding charges from UCF DHRL.

  • Contract Negotiations Where operational requirements permit, and on reasonable notice, the Employer shall grant special leave with pay for not more than two (2) representatives of each bargaining unit for the purpose of attending contract negotiation meetings with the Employer on behalf of the Union. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Renewal, Extension The renewal or extension of any Letter of Credit shall, for purposes hereof, be treated in all respects the same as the issuance of a new Letter of Credit hereunder.

  • Waivers and Extensions Any party to this Agreement may waive any right, breach or default which such party has the right to waive, provided that such waiver will not be effective against the waiving party unless it is in writing, is signed by such party, and specifically refers to this Agreement. Waivers may be made in advance or after the right waived has arisen or the breach or default waived has occurred. Any waiver may be conditional. No waiver of any breach of any agreement or provision herein contained shall be deemed a waiver of any preceding or succeeding breach thereof nor of any other agreement or provision herein contained. No waiver or extension of time for performance of any obligations or acts shall be deemed a waiver or extension of the time for performance of any other obligations or acts.
