Rent Charge for Excess Sale Price. If an Employee Unit is sold for a sale price exceeding the Maximum Price, the Owner of the Employee Unit will pay the excess amount to the Municipality, as a rent charge under the preceding section, within 30 days after written demand is made by the Municipality.
