Rent Charge definition

Rent Charge means the sum of all charges payable by the lessee for the privilege of making the scheduled lease pay- ments under a consumer lease. The term does not include gross capitalized cost.
Rent Charge means the rent charge granted by the Owner under section 11;
Rent Charge means the rent charge referred to in Section 6.6;

Examples of Rent Charge in a sentence

  • The Overdue Rent Charge will constitute Additional Rent and an agreed upon amount of liquidated damages and not a penalty.

  • The Late Rent Charge does not establish a grace period; Owner may make written demand for payment if Rent is not paid on its Due Date.

Rent Charge is the amount detailed on the front page of the Rental Agreement or resulting from the late return of the Trailer payable by the Renter to hire the Trailer.
