Rent review memorandum. Following the agreement or determination of the Revised Rent, the Landlord and the Tenant and any guarantor of the Tenant shall sign a memorandum recording that the Revised Rent is the Principal Rent payable from and including the Review Date. The parties shall be responsible for their own costs and expenses for this.
