Reviewed Rent means the rent agreed or determined in accordance with the provisions of this schedule;

Reviewed Rent means the Net Rent as varied at the Rent Review and in any event at a level no higher than the amount that would have been set for your Home by the Tribunal if it had jurisdiction to set the Net Rent Second and Subsequent Periods means the period of time immediately after the First Period starting on a Monday and thereafter from week to week until the Tenancy is ended Services are the Benefit Eligible Services and the Non Benefit Eligible Services which we will provide under this Tenancy for which you pay the Service Charge Service Charge is the total of the Benefit Eligible Service Charge and the Non Benefit Eligible Charge and is the amount of money you pay to us for providing the Services set out in the Tenancy which may be increased or decreased from time to time under this Tenancy Service Charge Year means each calendar year commencing on the first Monday in April Start Date means the start date of this Tenancy as inserted at clause 1.4 of this Tenancy.

Reviewed Rent means the rent payable as calculated pursuant to this Schedule following the Review Date.

Examples of Reviewed Rent in a sentence

The Reviewed Rent shall not take effect until at least four weeks after the notice of variation is sent.
With effect on and from the Review Date, the Reviewed Rent (as agreed or determined in accordance with this Schedule 2) is to become payable as the yearly rent reserved by this Lease.
The parties shall cause a memorandum of the Reviewed Rent duly signed by the Landlord and the Tenant to be endorsed on or securely annexed to this Lease and the counterpart of this Lease.
The Reviewed Rent applies from and including the relevant Rent Review Date and any adjustment as between the Lessor and the Lessee with respect to the Reviewed Rent shall be made on the first day of the month following agreement or determination of the Reviewed Rent.

More Definitions of Reviewed Rent

Reviewed Rent means in respect of the period commencing on the Rent Review Date the reviewed rent at the Rent Review Date determined in accordance with the terms of clause 4.8;
