Rentable Area of the Building Sample Clauses
Rentable Area of the Building. Landlord and Tenant agree that for all purposes of this Lease the Rentable Area of the Building shall be deemed to be 137,904 square feet.
Rentable Area of the Building. For purposes of this lease the rentable square footage of the building shall be deemed to be 51,006 square feet.
Rentable Area of the Building. Approximately 249,515 square feet, which represents the sum of the rentable area of all office space in the Building.
Rentable Area of the Building. The parties agree that the agreed rentable square foot area of the Building shall be deemed to be approximately 75,562 square feet (hereinafter referred to as the “Building Area”)
Rentable Area of the Building. Landlord and Tenant agree that for all purposes of this Lease the Rentable Area of the Building shall be deemed to be 9,440 square feet.
Rentable Area of the Building. Approximately One Hundred Fifty-One Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Eight (151,878) square feet, as stipulated by the parties hereto.
Rentable Area of the Building. The amount of square footage set forth in Section 1.01(i).
Rentable Area of the Building. The Building shall contain approximately 100,000 square feet of total Rentable Area, subject to final measurement pursuant to Section 1.03 of EXHIBIT "C".
Rentable Area of the Building. The Rentable Area of the Building shall be computed by totaling the Rentable Areas of all premises in the Building.”
Rentable Area of the Building. Rentable Area of the Building means all floor area of the Building measured from the exterior face of the predominant building fine of the exterior walls of the Building and includes, without limitation, all stairways, passageways, mechanical rooms, washrooms, corridors and other facilities. There shall be no deductions for vestibules or other recessed areas inside the said predominant building line, or for columns, ducts, projections or other structural elements necessary to the Building. A certificate of measurement stating the Rentable Area of the Building, prepared by an Architect selected by Landlord, shall be final and binding on the parties as to the Rentable Area of the Building.
