Service Rooms Sample Clauses

Service Rooms. All electrical, telephone and other utility rooms located within the Building shall be locked at all times. If Tenant requires access to any such utility room, Tenant shall make an appointment with Landlord or Landlord’s property manager.
Service Rooms. 1. The Design-Builder must provide service rooms which support operations of the facility, for which the associated equipment, components, materials, systems, and sub-systems and their distribution must be Designed in accordance with Section 7-1 [Description of Infrastructure] of this Schedule and the City of Edmonton Design and Construction Standards. 2. The Design-Builder must Design and Construct one or more separate service rooms for each building system including but not limited to the following: a. TPSS Rooms i. The Design-Builder must provide a TPSS located in the Xxxx Xxxxxxxx OMF Utility Complex as described in Section 7-3.14 [TPSS] of this Schedule.
Service Rooms. There will be one janitor’s room for the building and one electrical/mechanical room per floor and one elevator service room. All rooms will have one hour spray fire rating material to the underside of the deck above, will have drywall complete with two coats of paint. Floor will be vinyl finish.

  • Shiftwork 28.1 In this clause Shiftwork means work comprising recurring periods in which different groups of workers do the same jobs in rotation. 28.2 Shiftworker for the purposes of this clause is defined as an Employee who is required by the Employer to work Shiftwork, which commences or finishes outside 6.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m.

  • Basic Service As defined in M.G.L. c. 164, § 1 and in orders of the Department, as amended or promulgated, as the case may be, from time to time.

  • Service Pay ‌ All regular employees shall be granted service pay in the amount of ten cents (10c/ ) per calendar day for each five (5) years of continuous service completed. After the first five (5) years of service, ten cents (10c/ ); after five (5) further years of service, an additional ten cents (10c/ ); and a like increase for each additional five (5) years of service completed.

  • Electrical Service Electrical service for new construction or a renovated existing building shall be 480/277-volt, 3-phase, 4-wire or approved equal. Service shall be sized for HVAC and other mechanical system(s) loads, lighting, general building services, and dedicated computer based office equipment loads. 5 xxxxx per square foot shall be provided for lighting and general service receptacles. Size of neutral conductor of 3- phase circuits shall be twice that of phase conductor to accommodate potential harmonic currents associated with computer system electronic power supplies and fluorescent lighting fixtures electronic ballasts.

  • Service Areas HHSC authorizes the MA Dual SNP to add the MA Product to Texas service areas that are not identified in Attachment C, Proposed MA Product Service Areas, provided it receives prior CMS approval and complies with the notice requirements specified in this Agreement.

  • Utility Services Company agrees to pay the full cost and expense associated with its use of all utilities, including but not limited to water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, and telecommunication services.

  • Basic Services The Architect/Engineer’s Basic Services include all disciplines identified in Article 15 and all related usual and customary design, consultant, and other services necessary and reasonably inferable to complete the Project, or any phase of the Project, in accordance with the Owner’s requirements and the terms of this Agreement.

  • Water Service The Purchase Price for the Property shall include all water rights/water shares, if any, that are the legal source for Seller’s current culinary water service and irrigation water service, if any, to the Property. The water rights/water shares will be conveyed or otherwise transferred to Buyer at Closing by applicable deed or legal instruments. The following water rights/water shares, if applicable, are specifically excluded from this sale:

  • Elevator Service If the Building is equipped with elevators, Landlord, during Normal Business Hours of Building, shall furnish elevator service to Tenant to be used in common with others. At least one elevator shall remain in service during all other hours. Landlord may designate a specific elevator for use as a service elevator.

  • Emergency Room Services This plan covers services received in a hospital emergency room when needed to stabilize or initiate treatment in an emergency. If your condition needs immediate or urgent, but non-emergency care, contact your PCP or use an urgent care center. This plan covers bandages, crutches, canes, collars, and other supplies incidental to your treatment in the emergency room as part of our allowance for the emergency room services. Additional services provided in the emergency room such as radiology or physician consultations are covered separately from emergency room services and may require additional copayments. The amount you pay is based on the type of service being rendered. Follow-up care services, such as suture removal, fracture care or wound care, received at the emergency room will require an additional emergency room copayment. Follow- up care services can be obtained from your primary care provider or a specialist. See Dental Services in Section 3 for information regarding emergency dental care services.
