Expansion Premises Commencement Date. Landlord estimates that the delivery of the Expansion Premises to Tenant shall occur on December 1, 2019; provided, however, that the actual “Expansion Premises Commencement Date” shall be the date the Expansion Improvements in the Expansion Premises are Substantially Complete (as defined below), adjusted backward, however, by one day for each day of Tenant Delays, if any.

Expansion Premises Commencement Date. The "Expansion Premises ------------------------------------ Commencement Date" shall mean the earlier of (i) the date Tenant takes possession of some or all of the Expansion Premises and commences business therefrom, (ii) the date the improvements to be constructed or performed in the Expansion Premises by Premises Tenant (the "Expansion Premises Tenant Improvements") shall have been "Substantially Completed" (as such term is defined in Paragraph 2 of the Lease) in accordance with the plans and specifications relating thereto, and (iii) December 1, 1999.
Expansion Premises Commencement Date. If Tenant timely gives Landlord the Expansion Notice, then Landlord shall deliver the Expansion Premises to Tenant on the first (1st) business day immediately following the date of the Expansion Notice (the “Expansion Premises Commencement Date”), and the Expansion Premises shall be added to and become part of the Premises as of the Expansion Premises Commencement Date.

In case of a conflict between the terms of the Lease and the terms of this Acknowledgment of First Expansion Premises Commencement Date, this Acknowledgment of First Expansion Premises Commencement Date shall control for all purposes.
Expansion Premises Commencement Date. The commencement date for the expansion of the Premises ("Expansion Premises Commencement Date") shall be the later of (i) September 1, 2015, or (ii) the date of Landlord’s Substantial Completion (as defined in Exhibit “B” attached hereto) of the Tenant Improvements (as defined in Exhibit “B” attached hereto). If Landlord is unable to deliver the Expansion Premises to Tenant in the condition required under this Second Amendment on or before January 1, 2016 (the “Second Outside Date”), then Tenant may, in addition to the increase to the Base Rent Credit, elect to terminate this Second Amendment solely as it relates to the Expansion Premises by providing Landlord with a written termination notice. If Tenant fails to deliver the Space Plan (as defined in Exhibit “B” attached hereto) to Landlord by the Space Plan Delivery Date (as defined in Exhibit “B” attached hereto), or promptly complete the Working Drawings (as defined in Exhibit “B” attached hereto), then the First Outside Date and Second Outside Date shall each be extended for each day following the Space Plan Delivery Date until the date the Space Plan is delivered to Landlord for review or the Working Drawings have been completed, as applicable.
Expansion Premises Commencement Date. The “Expansion Premises Commencement Date” shall be the same date as the Lease Commencement Date pursuant to the Original Lease. Landlord estimates that the Lease Commencement Date (and, for that matter, the Expansion Premises Commencement Date) will be on or about November 29, 2021.

Expansion Premises Commencement Date. The Expansion Premises Commencement Date shall be that date which is fourteen (14) days following the date on which Landlord has substantially completed Landlord’s Work (as defined below). It is anticipated that the Expansion Premises Commencement Date shall be May 1, 2018 (“Anticipated Commencement Date”). For the purpose of this Fourth Amendment, the termFirst Lease Year” shall commence on the Expansion Premises Commencement Date, and shall include the following twelve (12) month period, if the Expansion Premises Commencement Date falls on the first day of a month. If the Expansion Premises Commencement Date occurs on a date other than the first day of a month, the First Lease Year shall include the portion of the month in which the Expansion Premises Commencement Date shall occur as well as the next twelve (12) calendar month period. If for any reason possession of the Expansion Premises is not delivered within one hundred eighty (180) days of the Anticipated Commencement Date, Tenant may elect not to lease the Expansion Premises by written notice to Landlord given after such one hundred eighty (180) day period but prior to delivery of possession; provided, Tenant’s right of termination shall not arise until such one hundred eighty (180) day period expires.
