Rental Insurance. The University does not assume liability for a Licensee’s personal belongings and has no insurance to cover personal or property damage of Licensee. Therefore, the University strongly recommends that the Licensee obtain additional coverage, such as a renter’s insurance policy. Students may purchase renter’s insurance through the Housing Application process. Please note, payment is made directly through the suggested vendor GradGuard.
