RENTAL OF PRODUCTS. 12.1. These provisions apply to the rented Products made available to the Customer or sold to the latter but for which Proximus has not yet received full payment of the price. All these Products remain the property of Proximus for the duration of the Agreement or until such time as Proximus has received full payment of the price for the Products sold to the Customer.

RENTAL OF PRODUCTS. Minimum rental periods for Products are sixty (60) days unless noted otherwise in the Order. Customer shall bear all repair costs for rental Products damaged beyond normal wear and tear. Rental Products that are not returned or are damaged beyond repair will be charged at 80% of purchase price if such Products have been in use for more than six (6) months and at 100% of purchase price otherwise. Rental Product invoices will be sent to Customer monthly until rental Products have been received and processed by Thermon at Thermon’s defined facility(s). Returned rental Products processed and received during the middle of the monthly rental term will be pro-rated. Partial returns will be deducted from the total monthly invoice.

  • SHIPPING/RECEIPT OF PRODUCT a. Packaging Product shall be securely and properly packed for shipment, storage and stocking in appropriate, clearly labeled shipping containers and according to accepted commercial practice, without any extra charges for packing materials, cases or other types of containers. The container shall become and remain the property of the Authorized User unless otherwise specified in the Contract documents.

  • Conformity of production The conformity of production procedures shall comply with those set out in the Agreement, Appendix 2 (E/ECE/324-E/ECE/TRANS/505/Rev.2), with the following requirements:

  • Receipt of Product The Contractor shall be solely responsible for assuring that deliveries are made to personnel authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the Authorized User. Any losses resulting from the Contractor’s failure to deliver Product to authorized personnel shall be borne exclusively by the Contractor.

  • EQUIPMENT, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES A. EQUIPMENT, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES. Supplier will provide the Equipment, Products, or Services as stated in its Proposal submitted under the Solicitation Number listed above. Supplier’s Equipment, Products, or Services Proposal (Proposal) is attached and incorporated into this Contract. All Equipment and Products provided under this Contract must be new and the current model. Supplier may offer close-out or refurbished Equipment or Products if they are clearly indicated in Supplier’s product and pricing list. Unless agreed to by the Participating Entities in advance, Equipment or Products must be delivered as operational to the Participating Entity’s site. This Contract offers an indefinite quantity of sales, and while substantial volume is anticipated, sales and sales volume are not guaranteed.
