Rental Term definition

Rental Term means in respect of each Rental Schedule the rental term stipulated in the Rental Schedule;
Rental Term means the primary term of this Lease. If the term of this Lease has been extended pursuant to an option granted to you under this Lease to extend the term or pursuant to any amendment to this Lease extending the term, then such extended term shall be included as part of the term.
Rental Term means the period commencing from the Pick Up Date and Time to the Return Date and Time.

  • The Leased Premises shall be used and occupied by Xxxxxx exclusively as a private single family residence and neither the Leased Premises nor any part thereof shall be used by Lessee at any time during the Rental Term for the purpose of carrying on any business, profession, or trade of any kind, or for any purpose other than as a private single family residence.

  • In accordance with the guarantee terms, the Tenant is responsible for covering the costs of repairing or replacing any damage that occurred during the Rental Term.

Rental Term means the period of time a Responsible Person rents or leases a Vacation Rental.
