Rental Term definition

Rental Term means in respect of each Rental Schedule the rental term stipulated in the Rental Schedule;
Rental Term means the primary term of this Lease. If the term of this Lease has been extended pursuant to an option granted to you under this Lease to extend the term or pursuant to any amendment to this Lease extending the term, then such extended term shall be included as part of the term.
Rental Term means the period of time a Responsible Person rents or leases a Vacation Rental.

Examples of Rental Term in a sentence

  • In the event the Property is not available for use during the Rental Term due to reasons, events or circumstances beyond the control of Rental Agent, Rental Agent will apply due diligence and good faith efforts to locate a replacement property that equals or exceeds the Property with respect to occupancy capacity, location and value that meets the reasonable satisfaction of the Guest.

  • The balance of the total rent and damage deposit (the “Damage Deposit”) is due 30 days prior to the first day of the Rental Term (the “Arrival Date”).

  • Use of the Premises by any other persons during the Rental Term shall result in automatic termination of Tenant’s right to use the Premises, without any refund.

  • Tenant may check into the Premises not earlier than _CheckinTime_ on the first day of the Rental Term and must completely vacate the Premises no later than _CheckoutTime_ on the last day of the Rental Term.

  • Damage Deposit will be refunded within 10 days of the end of the Rental Term, less any amounts required to repair the Premises for damage caused by Tenant.


More Definitions of Rental Term

Rental Term means the period of time commencing on the Collection Date and ending on the Return Date as specified in the Confirmation or as varied by the Rental Agreement.
