RENTALS BY HOMEOWNERS AND RESIDENTS ONLY. For all approved uses (See Section A, #3, 4, & 5 above), the Forest Landing Community Great Room must be applied for and reserved by current members of the Forest Landing Community in good standing. The Forest Landing Board of Directors reserves the right to approve or decline reservations for rental events and non-Forest Landing functions in the event of a scheduling conflict, or if in their judgment the event is not in the best interest of the Forest Landing community. The Forest Landing Community Great Room may not be reserved more than one year in advance except by the Forest Landing Community Association.

  • School Operations The School’s governing board shall be solely responsible for the operation of the school and exercise continuing oversight over the School’s operations.   • Office Visit Copayments In each year of the Agreement, the level of the office visit copayment applicable to an employee and dependents is based upon whether the employee has completed the on-line Health Assessment during open enrollment and has agreed to opt-in for health coaching.

  • TEACHERS AND RESEARCHERS 1. An individual who is a resident of a Contracting State immediately before making a visit to the other Contracting State, and who, at the invitation of any university, college, school or other similar educational institution, visits that other State for a period not exceeding two years solely for the purpose of teaching or research or both at such educational institution shall be exempt from tax in that other State on any remuneration for such teaching or research.
