Rents and Payment. 3.1 Party A and Party B agree that the specific rent of the premises and attached equipment leased to each other shall be determined by both Parties based on the market price or the depreciation as well as the tax with reference to the rent standard provided by local pricing authorities and taking into consideration of the specific needs of the two Parties. The rents shall be no higher than the market price.
