Common use of Repackaging Services Clause in Contracts

Repackaging Services. ‌ Wholesaler is required to have an agreement throughout the term of the Contract period with the MMCAP Infuse-contracted repackaging vendor(s) to allow all MMCAP Infuse Participating Facilities to fully participate in the services offered by the MMCAP Infuse Repackaging Services Contract. It is expected that the Wholesaler will have contracts with all MMCAP Infuse contracted repackaging vendor(s), and to note the Repackaging Services vendor(s) is subject to change at any time. Process Steps:
