Common use of Repair, Replacement or Recalibration of Metering System Clause in Contracts

Repair, Replacement or Recalibration of Metering System. (a) If any component of the Metering System is found to be outside acceptable limits of accuracy, or otherwise not functioning properly, the Purchaser shall promptly repair, recalibrate, or replace such component of the Metering System at its own cost and expense.
