Replacement of an Agent. (a) After consultation with the Parent, the Required Lenders may, by giving 30 days’ notice to an Agent (or, at any time such Agent is an Impaired Agent, by giving any shorter notice determined by the Required Lenders) replace such Agent by appointing a successor Agent (subject to Section 12.08(b) and (c)).
Replacement of an Agent. (a) After consultation with the Obligors’ Agent, the Majority Lenders may, by giving 30 days’ notice to the Facility Agent, Dollar Swingline Agent or Euro Swingline Agent (as the case may be) (or, at any time the relevant Agent is an Impaired Agent, by giving any shorter notice determined by the Majority Lenders) replace the Facility Agent, Dollar Swingline Agent or Euro Swingline Agent (as the case may be) by appointing a successor Facility Agent, Dollar Swingline Agent or Euro Swingline Agent (as the case may be).
