Replacement of an Agent. (a) After consultation with the Parent, the Required Lenders may, by giving 30 days’ notice to an Agent (or, at any time such Agent is an Impaired Agent, by giving any shorter notice determined by the Required Lenders) replace such Agent by appointing a successor Agent (subject to Section 12.08(b) and (c)).
