Replacement of Facilities and Overlashing Additional Cables. Attaching Party may replace existing facilities with new facilities occupying the same SBC-13STATE Structure, and may overlash additional cables to its own existing facilities; provided, however, that such activities shall not be considered to be routine maintenance and shall be subject to the requirements of this article.

Replacement of Facilities and Overlashing Additional Cables. Attaching Party may replace existing facilities with new facilities of the same or lesser weight, occupying the same AT&T Structure, and may Overlash additional cables to its own existing facilities without approval from, but with notice to, AT&T. Attaching Party shall notify AT&T of any Make- Ready Work necessary to accommodate Attaching Party’s Overlashing.

  • Use of Facilities and Equipment The Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment including, but not limited to, typewriters, computers, photocopy machines, other duplication equipment, calculating machines, local telephone and audiovisual equipment when such equipment is not otherwise in use, provided such right is not abused and does not disrupt normal school activities. The Association shall pay for incidentals to such use. Allegations of abuse of this right shall be resolved pursuant to Article 5. The Association shall have the right to use school buildings for meeting at no charge.

  • Inspection of Facilities In order to meet their respective obligations under this Agreement, any Party may view or inspect facilities owned by another Party. Provided that reasonable notice is given, a Party shall not unreasonably deny access to relevant facilities for viewing or inspection by the requesting Party.

  • Union Activity on Premises and/or Access to Premises The Union agrees that neither it, nor its officers, agents, representatives and members will engage in the solicitation of members, holding of meetings or any other Union activities on Hospital premises or on Hospital time without the prior approval of the Hospital, except as specifically provided for in this Agreement.   • Modification of the Small Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer must receive written authorization from the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner before making any change to the Small Generating Facility that may have a material impact on the safety or reliability of the New York State Transmission System or the Distribution System. Such authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld. Modifications shall be done in accordance with Good Utility Practice. If the Interconnection Customer makes such modification without the prior written authorization of the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall have the right to temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility. If disconnected, the Small Generating Facility will not be reconnected until the unauthorized modifications are authorized or removed.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.

  • Union Access to Premises Representatives of the Union shall have access to the Company’s premises to carry on inspections or investigations pertaining to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, upon reasonable advance notice to the Company. Such access shall be carried on at reasonable hours and in such a manner so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the Company. The Union will advise the Company of its designated representatives who wish to gain access to the premises and the Union agrees to comply with all reasonable Company security precautions as may be in force from time to time.
