Replacement of full-time teachers. In order to replace a full-time teacher on a full-time leave either for the entire school year or to complete the school year, provided that the leave began on or before October 15 and whose leave may not be cancelled or terminated without the board's consent, the latter shall assign a teacher referred to in subclause a) of clause 5-3.36; failing that, it shall recall, for that purpose, one of its teachers on availability. In these cases, the provisions of subclause a) of clause 5-3.37 apply with any necessary modifications.
