Replacement of Senior Lecturers. Replacement of a Senior Lecturer by a tenure track faculty member shall require a written rationale from the Department Chair/Head, provided to the individual at the time of notice, and the approval of the Xxxx and Xxxxxxx, and shall not be instituted for arbitrary or capriciousreasons.
