Replying to a Grievance. If either party fails to reply to the grievance within the prescribed time limits, at any step in the grievance procedure, this failure to reply will result in progression of the grievance to the next step in the grievance procedure.

  • Grievance A grievance is an alleged violation, misinterpretation, or misapplication of the terms of the negotiated agreement between the Board and the Association.
