Report of Professional Activities. 13.11.1 Each Faculty Member/Professional Librarian shall submit a Professional Activities Report to the Xxxx, in standardized form set forth in Schedule E, on or before September 15 of each year. Normally, the period covered shall be the Contract Year, that is, July 1 to June 30, immediately preceding the evaluation of performance.
