Report of Project Completion. The goal of this task is to provide notice of project completion once all project components are installed and operational, and all equipment items are connected and operating as identified in Recipient’s application. • Ensure successful completion of all project components so the project is operational as described in the application form. • Provide a report documenting that all project components are installed and operational including, but not limited to: o Documentation that the project is generating electricity o Photograph evidence (with distinguishing elements to demonstrate the equipment location). o Written affirmation that: • the project is generating electricity through a renewable energy source in direct support of the applicant’s agriculture operation(s); • all project components are installed and functional.

  • Project Completion The Contractor agrees to schedule a final job walk with the County. If required, the County will prepare a list of incomplete items, the “Punch List”. The Contractor agrees to complete the “Punch List” corrections and schedule a final project completion job walk. The County will sign the “Punch List” as completed when determined, the project is finished. The Contractor agrees to submit the following along with its final payment request:
