Report Preparation and Submittal a. Based upon feedback from FBC Engineering, prepare a signed and sealed report in a format consistent with the FBCDD criteria that includes the results of the hydraulic impact analyses and documentation of the impacts and identified mitigation as a result of the Atlas 14 rainfall on the built detention facilities on Red Gully serving W. Bellfort and the Four Corners Area.

c. Attend meetings and perform general project coordination.

Report Preparation and Submittal. 1. Complete and submit a draft report to detail the evaluation and recommend multiple system-wide improvements packages for varying costs, expected levels of reliability and operation effort.
2. Incorporate draft report comments from the OWNER and submit the final report.
3. Both the draft and final reports will be submitted in digital PDF format. ENGINEER will provide up to 5 hard copies for OWNER if requested.
