Site Grading. The DEVELOPER, hereby, agrees to construct all site grading to comply with the approved Construction Plans, including the approved Erosion Control Plan for the PROJECT and to comply with the Engineering Standards and Specifications, Stormwater Ordinance, and all other codes and ordinances enforced by the CITY.

Site Grading. 1. The site grading for buildings and facilities shall be designed to best engineering practices by a registered Civil Engineer. 2. Slopes for cuts and fills shall not be steeper than 1 unit vertical in 2 units horizontal unless approved by the Owner. 3. Compaction of soil for regular grading or landscaping will be to a minimum of 90% of maximum density. 4. Avoid final grade elevations above the building weep holes unless specifically approved by the Owner.
Site Grading. Seller shall at no cost or expense to SSS undertake the grading of the Site where the Wet Plant is to be located. Seller shall do so in accordance with applicable Law and Prudent Construction/Operation Practice and shall complete such Site grading prior to the Required On-Site Construction Date.
Site Grading. The Contractor shall perform all excavation, shall construct all fills and embankments, and shall perform all grading work in accordance with the elevations and contours shown on the Drawings. The grading operations shall begin with stripping the topsoil from areas to be excavated, to be covered by embankment or fills, or to be occupied by pipelines, structures, roads and walks. The depth of top soil to be stripped shall be twelve inches (12") or the depth of topsoil shown in the subsurface investigation, whichever is greater. If stored on site for reuse, topsoil shall be placed on the site at locations acceptable to the Owner. Excavation shall conform to the limits shown on the Drawings or specified herein. Excavation shall not be made below grade except to provide depth required for bedding material or to remove unstable material. Extra excavation for removal of unstable material shall be performed only upon authorization by the Engineer. Any unauthorized excavation below grade shall be backfilled with material as specified herein and such excavation and backfill shall be at the expense of the Contractor. Excavated material suitable for use as backfill around structures, as trench backfill or as embankment fill may be stored at the site of the work until backfilling operations have been completed. Material which is unacceptable for use as backfill around structures, as trench backfill, as embankment fill, or as general fill on the site of the work shall be removed from the site and disposed of at the Contractor's expense. All excess excavated material shall be removed from the site of the work and disposed of at the Contractor's expense. Final backfill on the site of the work, except over areas to be occupied by structures, walks, roadways, paved areas, etc., shall be of such material as will support vegetation. The entire area disturbed by the construction operations shall be restored to original conditions by seeding and development of grass cover to prevent stream pollution resulting from soil erosion in accordance with the requirements of the GENERAL CONDITIONS. All fill material, not specified to be crushed stone, which is placed in areas to be occupied by structures, bearing slabs, footings, roadways, walks, embankments, dikes, or other earth structures shall be compacted to 95% of maximum density or the degree of compaction called for in the subsurface investigation report, whichever is greater. Site Grading. Prior to the stripping of any top soil and site grading, the Developer shall have installed temporary soil erosion and silt control structures and facilities until the Storm Water Detention Facilities are constructed and conform as near as possible to all the recommendations by the United States Department of Agriculture, Soil Conservation Service, and construct any additional silt basins, vegetative waterways or control structures as may be recommended by the Authority Engineer to prevent water and siltation damages to adjoining properties.

Site Grading. The T20 Tracker™ system may be installed sloping up to 3 degrees in the E-W and/or N-S directions, and can accommodate from 0.3m – 1.0m Solar Panel ground clearance at max tilt of 45 degrees, in order to accommodate most undeveloped sites without a requirement for extensive site grading. Following contract signature and as part of the development of the detailed site layout, site topographical information will be reviewed in order to determine whether a requirement for site grading may be avoided.
Site Grading. Xxxxxxxxx agrees to pre-grade the Phase II area including proposed public street rights-of-way. Grading plans shall be reviewed and approved by the Commissioner of Public Works. The grading plan must be approved prior to design engineering of the public improvements. Grading shall be to within three (3) inches of the roadway sub-grade as established in the paving plans. Grading shall match design grades at the right-of-way line. Material in any fill areas shall be placed in accord with Section 401.5 of the City of Milwaukee Department of Public Works Street Construction Specifications dated July 1, 1992. The Developer is responsible for obtaining any and all permits required to undertake grading activities.
Site Grading. Master Developer and any Designated Builder may grade portions of the Property in conformance with the approved Master Drainage Study and applicable Development Parcel Technical Drainage Studies prior to approval of any additional drainage studies provided the Master Traffic Study has been approved, a Master Rough Grading Plan(s) has been approved for the area to be graded, the pertinent Development Phase Final Map is recorded and a completion bond has been posted with the City for the cost of the proposed grading. The completion bond will not exceed one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) for each Master Rough Grading Plan (i.e. 000 xxxx xxxx).
