Reporting culture. The Contractor is required to have a process or means by which the workers (all organisational levels) can report issues and incidences that negatively (or have the potential to) affect performance, without fear of retaliation or punitive action. The Contractor’s process must be such that the information is captured, analysed and the resulting corrective actions taken as a result of the reports are identified and tracked, for implementation and improvement. All such reported issues are shared with the KOU, for purposes of capturing in the KOU Corrective Action Programme (CAP).

  • Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.

  • Financial Viability and Regulatory Compliance 2.6.1 Contractor warrants and represents that its corporate entity is in good standing with all applicable federal, state, and local licensing authorities and that it possesses all requisite licenses to perform the services required by this contract. The failure by Contractor to disclose such issue to the MPHA in writing within 5 days of such notification received will constitute a material breach of this contract. 2.6.3 Contractor further agrees to promptly disclose to the MPHA any change of more than 50% of its ownership and/or any declaration of bankruptcy that Contractor may undergo during the term(s) of this contract. The failure of Contractor to disclose any change of more than 50% of its ownership and/or its declaration of bankruptcy within 5 days of said actions shall constitute a material breach of this contract. 2.6.4 All disclosures made pursuant to this section of the contract shall be made in writing and submitted to MPHA within the time periods required herein.

  • Money Market Fund Compliance Testing and Reporting Services Subject to the authorization and direction of the Trust and, in each case where appropriate, the review and comment by the Trust’s independent accountants and legal counsel, and in accordance with procedures that may be established from time to time between the Trust and the Administrator, the Administrator will:

  • Research Use Reporting To assure adherence to NIH GDS Policy, the PI agrees to provide annual Progress Updates as part of the annual Project Renewal or Project Close-out processes, prior to the expiration of the one (1) year data access period. The PI who is seeking Renewal or Close-out of a project agree to complete the appropriate online forms and provide specific information such as how the data have been used, including publications or presentations that resulted from the use of the requested dataset(s), a summary of any plans for future research use (if the PI is seeking renewal), any violations of the terms of access described within this Agreement and the implemented remediation, and information on any downstream intellectual property generated from the data. The PI also may include general comments regarding suggestions for improving the data access process in general. Information provided in the progress updates helps NIH evaluate program activities and may be considered by the NIH GDS governance committees as part of NIH’s effort to provide ongoing stewardship of data sharing activities subject to the NIH GDS Policy.

  • Tax Reporting Information The Grantee is required to report any foreign specified property (including Shares acquired under the Plan) to the Canada Revenue Agency on Form T1135 (Foreign Income Verification Statement) if the total cost of the Grantee’s foreign specified property exceeds C$100,000 at any time in the year. The form must be filed by April 30th of the following year. Foreign specified property also includes unvested Restricted Stock Units (generally at nil cost) if the C$100,000 cost threshold is exceeded because of other foreign specified property. The Grantee should consult with his or her personal tax advisor to determine his or her reporting requirements.
