Reporting Extensions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event the Company receives an extension of time with respect to any annual or quarterly reports filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to Section 13 and Section 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, the Company shall be entitled to the same extension for annual and quarterly reports required to be filed under this Loan Agreement.
