REPORTING FOR WORK. 23.01 An employee reporting for work on instructions of the company for whom no work or less than four (4) hours' work is available shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hours' time at the hourly wage rate he/she would have received if he/she had actually worked a total of four (4) hours. This provision shall not apply when such lack of work is due to a labour dispute, fire, flood or other cause beyond the control of the company.
