REPORTING FOR WORK. 15.01 An employee called out to work after he has completed his regular shift and gone home shall be given not less than two hours work, or if work is not available, shall be paid for two hours at the overtime rate plus any applicable transportation and travel allowance. 15.02 When an employee on a job or project reports as usual for work, but is unable to commence work because of circumstances within the control or responsibility of the Employer, he shall be given two (2) hours' pay plus travelling allowance if applicable, for reporting on the job, provided, however, that the employee remains on the job during the two (2) hour period if required by the Employer, and performs any work requested which, in the opinion or judgement of his xxxxxxx, after conferring with the job xxxxxxx, can be accomplished. If reporting time occurs during Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or overtime hours then overtime rates shall apply.
