No personal identification numbers (e.g., names, addresses, social security numbers or any other numerical identifier) may be submitted with any report.

Contractor shall, upon request, provide the NASPO ValuePoint cooperative contract coordinator with an executive summary that includes, at a minimum and for the preceding quarter, a list of states with an active Participating Addendum, states that Contractor is in negotiations with and any Participating Addendum roll out or implementation activities and issues. NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Development Coordinator and Contractor will determine the format and content of the executive summary.
