Common use of Reporting to the Association Clause in Contracts

Reporting to the Association. Before October 31 each year, the University will provide the Association with a report on limited-term appointments. In this report, the name of each limited-term appointee will be listed alongside the length of the appointment and the reason (per Articles 20.1 and 20.4) why the appointee received a limited-term appointment rather than a tenure-track appointment.
