REPORTING TO WORK IF EXCUSED. When an employee is excused from jury duty or from answering a subpoena as a witness in time to report for at least one-half his/her regularly scheduled shift, the employee shall report to duty and jury duty pay under this section shall be reduced accordingly. If the employee fails to report as set forth herein, he/she shall be docked for the balance of the day.
