Common use of Reporting to Work Clause in Contracts

Reporting to Work. Any employee who is required to call during the workday for possible jury duty service shall report to work. Upon notification of jury duty service, the employee shall immediately notify their immediate supervisor. Any employee who is required to report for jury duty service during the workday does not have to report to work on that day.
