Common use of Reports/Meetings Clause in Contracts

Reports/Meetings. 10.1 The Contractor shall make such Reports as are stated in the Statement of Requirements or otherwise at such a frequency and in such a format as the Authority may reasonably require to confirm or otherwise monitor performance under the Contract. The submission by the Contractor and receipt by the Authority of these Reports shall not prejudice any rights of the Authority or the Contractor under the Contract. 10.2 The Contractor shall meet all reasonable requests by the Authority to meet and discuss matters arising under the Contract as stated in the Statement of Requirements or otherwise as the Authority may reasonably require, to confirm or otherwise monitor performance under the Contract.
