Daily Services. MONDAY THRU FRIDAY
A. ROOM CLEANING Office Areas, File Rooms, Conference Rooms, etc.
1. Empty waste receptacles and remove waste to designated area.
2. Wash or damp wipe, inside and outside, all waste receptacles presenting a soiled or odorous condition.
3. Replace liners when torn or soiled.
4. Dust mop all non-carpeted floors. Damp mop all spills. Buff vinyl tiled floors, applying spray wax if needed.
5. Thoroughly vacuum all carpeted floors including corners, and underneath partitions each and every day. (Refer to General Definitions for quality of care expected.)
6. Spot clean all carpeted areas as needed. To be determined by ASM
7. Remove all mats and runners and clean floor area underneath. Clean all mats and runners by best means. Replace all mats and runners.
8. Clean and disinfect drinking fountains.
9. Clean and polish all entrance glass.
10. Move all lobby chairs and clean floor area underneath and replace chairs in proper place.
B. RESTROOMS _ Restrooms _ Units _ sq. ft. indicate what type of flooring (Ceramic, Vinyl Tile, Quarry Tile) Floor Space (included in non-carpeted floor space page 1)
Daily Services. All daily services shall be performed seven (7) days per week, scheduled during the hours directed or with written approval by SSA/ Orangewood Children & Family Center Facilities Manager or designee
Daily Services. The daily stipend for inpatient coverage at Community Hospitals is intended to be inclusive of the provision of inpatient care for all patients, whether attached or unattached and any and all patients transferred into the facility through the regional network of care. It covers: • required clinical care of all inpatients (acute, ALC, restorative care, transitional care, attached and unattached) other than LTC, admitted in the facility; • time spent supporting indirect patient care (e.g. collaboration with other members of the hospital health care team); • time spent delivering clinical support services (e.g. admission and discharge planning, working with in-hospital multidisciplinary team, participation in quality improvement and patient safety reviews, programs and activities, supporting bed utilization decisions and inter-hospital transfers); • time spent building local inpatient care capacity (e.g. mentoring new physicians and trainees).

1. Empty trash cans.
2. Dust all horizontal surfaces, desks, chairs, files, telephones, picture frames, etc. Computers will not be dusted.
3. Damp wash and wipe dry plastic or Formica desktops free of papers.
4. Clean and sanitize drinking fountains.
5. Spot clean all windows glass, including lobby doors for fingerprints and smudges
6. Dust mop and spot clean all tiled areas.
7. Vacuum carpeted traffic areas daily, wall to wall once per week.

1. Vacuum all carpet twice weekly, carpet sweep all areas three times a week.
2. Empty and clean all waste baskets and disposal receptacles. Remove trash to designated areas.
3. Dust all furniture, fixtures, chair rails, window unit covers and trim.
4. Clean all glass furniture tops.
5. Dust telephone with anti-bacterial cloth.
6. Wash clean all water fountains and coolers.
B. PUBLIC CORRIDORS
1. Sweep and damp mop tile, terrazzo and marble flooring.
