Reports to Steering Committee. As identified in section 7.4.1(A) of this Agreement, the Program Manager shall furnish to the Steering Committee an annual financial report. Financial reports shall include financial Contributions by each state, the approved value of In-Kind Goods or Services Contributions received and the state credited, if any, as well as funding obligations and commitments made and expenditures paid out of the Program Accounts and Program Account balances during the period covered by the report. Financial Contributions provided by individual Permittees will be accounted for at the state level.

Reports to Steering Committee. Each Party shall provide the Steering Committee with quarterly written reports within twenty (20) Business Days after the end of each calendar quarter regarding the status of its activities under each Development Plan. Each Party shall provide the other Party with a final written report of its activities under each Development Plan within twenty (20) Business Days after expiration of a Development Plan Term, or expiration or termination of this Agreement.

  • Steering Committee The Project Manager shall set up a Steering Committee for the Project, consisting of representatives from the Department, the Contractor, and any other key organisations whom the project will impact on, to be agreed between the parties. The function of the Steering Committee shall be to review the scope and direction of the Project against its aims and objectives, monitor progress and efficiency, and assess, manage and review expected impact and use of the findings from the Project. The Committee shall meet at times and dates agreed by the parties, or in the absence of agreement, specified by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall report their views on the progress of the Project to the Steering Committee in writing if requested by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall attend all meetings of the Steering Committee unless otherwise agreed by the Department.
