Representations and Warranties of the Seller, Master Servicer and Servicers. (a) Each of DLJMC, in its capacity as a Seller, Xxxxx Fargo, in its capacity as the Master Servicer, WMMSC, in its capacity as a Servicer, SPS, in its capacity as a Servicer and the Special Servicer, Xxxxx Fargo, in its capacity as a Servicer, and Bank of America, in its capacity as a Servicer, hereby makes the representations and warranties applicable to it set forth in Schedule IIA, IIB, IIC, IID, IIE and IIF, respectively, as applicable, hereto, and by this reference incorporated herein, to the Depositor, the Trustee and the Trust Administrator, as of the Closing Date, or if so specified therein, as of the Cut-off Date or such other date as may be specified. In addition, SPS, Xxxxx Fargo and Bank of America, in their respective capacities as Servicers, hereby makes the representations and warranties applicable to it set forth in Schedule IID, IIE and IIF hereto, and by this reference incorporated herein, to the Master Servicer, as of the Closing Date, or if so specified therein, as of the Cut-off Date or such other date as may be specified.
