REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF WESTERN POWER. Western Power represents and warrants to E-Mobile that the statements contained in this Article III are true and correct except as set forth herein and in the disclosure schedules, attached hereto as Exhibit G, delivered by Western Power to E-Mobile on or before the date of this Agreement (the "Western Power Disclosure Schedule").
