Western Power definition

Western Power means the Western Power Corporation referred to in section 4 of the Act;
Western Power s Default* means an event of Default* by Western Power*.
Western Power means the Electricity Networks Corporation established under section 4(1)(b) of the Electricity Corporations Xxx 0000 (WA). Western Power Property the fixtures, fittings, plant, equipment and all other items owned by Western Power that is used by Western Power in connection with the Services and any other property specifically identified in this Contract as being “Western Power Property”.
