Common use of Representative of CUPE Clause in Contracts

Representative of CUPE. The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of a representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees when dealing or negotiating with the Employer or when investigating grievances.

Representative of CUPE. The Union union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of a representative representatives of the Canadian Union of Public Employees when dealing or negotiating with the Employer or when investigating Employer. Such representative(s) shall have access to the Employer’s premises at the University of Regina in order to investigate and assist in the settlement of grievances, provided operations are not disrupted. Arrangements for such access will be made through the Director.

Such representatives shall have access to the Employer's premises in order to investigate and assist in the settlement of a grievance upon first advising the Employer or when investigating grievancesof their presence on the premises.

Such representative(s) shall have access to the Employer’s premises at the University of Xxxxxx in order to investigate and assist in the settlement of grievances, provided operations are not disrupted. Arrangements for such access will be made through the Director.
