Union Representative Visits The Union shall inform the Employer in advance whenever the designated representatives of the Union intend to visit the Employer’s premises for the purpose of conducting Union business. Such visits shall not interfere with the normal operations of the worksite. Reasonable accommodation will be made to allow the Presidents of the Unions to have access to union members to conduct union business.
Representative The employee, supervisor, or School Board may be represented during any step of the procedure by any person or agent designated by such party to act in his/her behalf.
REPRESENTATIVE; ADDRESSES 6.01. The Recipient’s Representative is the Minister of Finance.
Representative Access (A) The state agrees that designated Union Representatives shall have access to state controlled premises where employees are employed.
Staff Representatives A. The Union will provide the Employer with a written list of staff representatives and the bargaining unit for which they are responsible. The Union will provide written notice to the Employer of any changes within thirty (30) calendar days of the changes.
Notice of Union Representative Visits The Union shall inform the Company when any representative of the Union intends to visit the worksite for the purpose of conducting Union business. Such visits will not disrupt employees working without the supervisor/manager’s permission.
Project Representative City shall designate a Project Manager to represent City in coordinating this Project with Consulting Engineer/Architect, with authority to transmit instructions and define policies and decisions of City.
Resident Project Representative The authorized representative of Engineer assigned to assist Engineer at the Site during the Construction Phase. As used herein, the term Resident Project Representative or "RPR" includes any assistants or field staff of Resident Project Representative. The duties and responsibilities of the Resident Project Representative, if any, are as set forth in Exhibit D.
Designated Operating Representative The Parties may also designate operating representatives to conduct the communications which may be necessary or convenient for the administration of this Agreement. This person will also serve as the point of contact with respect to operations and maintenance of the Party’s facilities. District Representative At request of Provider, LEA shall designate an employee or agent of the District as the District representative for the coordination and fulfillment of the duties of this DPA.
