REPRIMANDS FOR TARDINESS. Notwithstanding any of the provisions of this subparagraph c to the contrary, in the event the Executive Director determines to reprimand an employee for tardiness, the AUTHORITY and the UNION agree that the Executive Director shall have the power to reprimand employees for tardiness in accordance with the AUTHORITY’s Workday Schedule and Punctuality Policy, without compliance with the procedures for imposition of discipline set forth in this subparagraph (c).

  • Tardiness Tardiness shall be defined as reporting to work eight (8) or more minutes after clock in time. For each three (3) occurrences of tardiness in a school year shall constitute grounds for the issuance of progressive discipline as defined in Article 15.
