Reproducible Contract Documents Sample Clauses

Reproducible Contract Documents. The Parties agree to provide the other with suitable reproducible copies of those final contract documents that they have prepared or caused to be prepared to govern the Construction of a given Rearrangement by their respective contractor so that each Party may compile a complete set of contract documents. Each Party shall prepare or cause to be prepared the contract documents for which it is responsible in accordance with its drafting standards.

Reproducible Contract Documents. The Authority and City agree to provide the other with suitable reproducible copies of final contract documents which they have prepared or caused to be prepared to govern the performance of a given Construction project by a contractor of either Party so that each Party may compile a complete set of contract documents. Each Party shall prepare or cause to be prepared the contract documents for which it is responsible in accordance with its drafting standards, as mutually agreed to by the Parties.
