Republication. (i) I acknowledge that material posted or transmitted through the HSD Service may be copied, republished or distributed by third parties, and that the Gold Coast Broadband Parties will not be responsible for any harm resulting from such actions.
(ii) I grant to Gold Coast Broadband, and I represent, warrant and covenant that I have all necessary rights to so grant, the non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform and display in any media all material posted on the public areas of the HSD Service via my account and/or to incorporate the same in other works, but only for purposes consistent with operation and promotion of the HSD Service.
(iii) I agree that unsolicited email, or “spam,” is a nuisance and that Gold Coast Broadband and my ISP (and, if applicable, my OLP) are entitled to establish limits on the volume of email that I send. Such volume limits may be set by reference to a number of emails per day, week, month or year.
Republication. The Author agrees to require that the Publisher be given credit as the original publisher in any republication of the Article authorized by the Author. If the Publisher authorizes any other party to publish the Article under the terms of paragraphs 1.2 and 1.3 of this Agreement, the Publisher shall require such party to ensure that the Author is credited as the Author.
Republication. The warranty provided under this Agreement is provided only to Manufacturer and shall not create any rights in any third party. Manufacturer shall not republish this Agreement or the terms of the warranty to any third party without the prior written consent of Arch.

Builder shall not republish this Agreement or the terms of the warranty to any third party without the prior written consent of Arch Wood Protection.
Republication. Nothing in this Article 10 shall prohibit either Party from including in future publications, press releases, marketing and promotional materials any materials previously authorized for public disclosure by the other Party. Exhibit D
Republication. The Author(s) agree to require that the Owner be given credit as the original publisher in any republication of the Manuscript (Article) authorized by the Author(s). If the Owner of the Journal of Mother and Child / Medycyna Wieku Rozwojowego authorizes any other party to republish the Article under the terms written above of the Agreement, The Owner of the Journal shall require such party to ensure that the Author is credited as the Author. The Author(s) agrees that the Owner of the Journal may edit the Article as suitable for publication in the Journal of Mother and Child / Medycyna Wieku Rozwojowego. To the extent that the Owner of the Journal edits amount to copyrightable works of authorship, the Journal Owner hereby assigns all right, title, and interest in such edits to the Author(s). The Journal Owner agrees to publish the Article subject to the understanding that the Article will not be published in the Journal unless, in its final form, the Article is acceptable to both the Author and the Journal Owner.

(ii) I grant to MBC, and I represent, warrant and covenant that I have all necessary rights to so grant, the non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform and display in any media all material posted on the public areas of the HSD Service via my account and/or to incorporate the same in other works, but only for purposes consistent with operation and promotion of the HSD Service.
(iii) I agree that unsolicited e-mail, or “spam,” is a nuisance and that MBC is entitled to establish limits on the volume of e-mail that I send. Such volume limits may be set by reference to a number of e-mails per day, week, month or year. MBC may immediately terminate any account holder’s account that it determines, in its discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any “spam” or other unsolicited bulk e-mail.
Republication. (a) Subscriber acknowledges that material posted or transmitted through the ISP Service may be copied, republished or distributed by third parties, and will hold the Operator Parties harmless for any harm resulting from such actions.
(b) Subscriber hereby grants to Operator, and hereby represents and warrants that he/she has all necessary rights to so grant, the non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform and display in any media all material posted on the public areas of the ISP Service via Subscriber's account and/or to incorporate the same in other works, but only for purposes consistent with operation and promotion of the ISP Service.
Republication. (a) Subscriber acknowledges that material posted or transmitted through the Road Runner Service may be copied, republished or distributed by third parties, and will hold the Road Runner Parties harmless for any harm resulting from such actions.
(b) Subscriber hereby grants to Road Runner, and hereby represents and warrants that he/she has all necessary rights to so grant, the non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform and display in any media all material posted on the public areas of the Road Runner Service via Subscriber's account and/or to incorporate the same in other works, but only for purposes consistent with operation and promotion of the Road Runner Service.
Republication. Authors wishing to republish their Contribution in a book of which they are the sole author will be granted without a fee, as long as full attribution is given to the original publication in RSF. Contribution in an edited volume and/or any digital repository used for commercial purposes (even if the distributor and/or institution are not-for-profit entities) may or may not require a fee payable to the Xxxxxxx Xxxx Foundation. The Contributor should contact the Director of Publications with any questions. Please forward to Xxxxxxx Xxxx Foundation Publications all inquiries and requests received from third parties for permissions, reprint rights, subsidiary rights licenses, and all other use and licensing of the Contribution.
