Service Outages Due to Internet Outage or Suspension or Termination of Broadband Service or ISP Service.
To the extent SBC offers any Third Party Retail ISP Service access to any cable Broadband Access networks that are owned by Affiliates of SBC for the purpose of providing a Retail ISP Service, following the Closing, SBC shall make such cable Broadband Access available to Operating Partnership on at least equivalent terms and conditions.

The NetZero ISP Service is not available outside of the United States and is not available in Hawaii or Alaska.
LookSmart acknowledges and agrees that, as between LookSmart and NetZero, NetZero owns all title to, and all ownership rights in, the NetZero ISP Service, the NetZero Software (including without limitation the AdVantage Window), any NetZero trademarks and all aspects of the Co-branded Site which are solely created and/or contributed by NetZero, including without limitation the underlying software but excluding any LookSmart brand features which are the sole property of LookSmart.
I acknowledge that the ISP Service provides a connection to the Internet that may be unfiltered, and that the Connections Parties neither control nor assume responsibility for any content on the Internet or content that is posted by a subscriber.
If an ISP discontinues or amends any ISP Service offerings provided by Rogers hereunder and if it makes alternate services comparable to those initially provided by Rogers hereunder available at similar price points, Rogers may source and provide such alternative services to you.
Compaq shall prepare weekly summaries of Combined Product sales to end-users which shall contain such information as shall be mutually acceptable to the Parties but which must, at a minimum, provide NetZero with enough information to determine how many Combined Products were sold to end-users in a particular week and what percentage of the purchasers of such Combined Products subscribed to the NetZero ISP Service.
This interval assumes the appropriate end user authorization or acknowledgement and coordination between the releasing ISP, the acquiring ISP and the ISP Service Center utilizing the stacked order process.
