Request for Additional Protection. From time to time, BPS may reasonably request that Contractor protect the confidentiality of certain Protected Information in particular ways to ensure that confidentiality is maintained. Contractor has the right to reasonably decline BPS’s request.

Request for Additional Protection. From time to time, MCSB may reasonably request that Contractor protect the confidentiality of certain protected information in particular ways to ensure that confidentiality is maintained. Contractor has the right to reasonably decline XXXX’s request. In the event the Parties’ fail to reach an agreement on such reasonable requests for confidentiality protections, MCSB, in its sole discretion, shall reserve the right to terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days written notice to Contractor utilizing the notice procedures provided herein.
