Common use of Request for Dues Deduction Clause in Contracts

Request for Dues Deduction. ‌ Employees shall have the right to request and be allowed dues deduction provided that dues deductions and the proceeds thereof shall not be allowed to any employee association that has lost its rights to dues deduction pursuant to 447.507 of Florida Statutes.
